At our restaurant, you can enjoy authentic soba noodles made from stone-milled buckwheat flour and finished with a blend of five carefully selected broths. Our popular set meals include flavorful donburi bowls, such as freshly boiled whitebait (shirasu).
We also offer a curated selection of rare sake and premium shochu—perfect to pair with your meal or to finish with a bowl of our proud soba.
Relax in our spacious, sunlit dining area with large windows overlooking Izu-Kogen Station. Tatami mat seating is available, making it ideal for families, while solo diners and small groups are also warmly welcomed.
