Atagawa Banana Crocodile Park is a tropical animal land boasting the world’s largest number of crocodile exhibits. There are 17 species, approximately 120 crocodiles! Besides crocodiles, you can also encounter Western Red Pandas, the only ones exhibited in Japan, and Amazonian manatees, known as the “mermaids of the Amazon.” Not only animals, but also many tropical plants are exhibited, and among them, the tropical water lilies, with over 60 varieties blooming year-round, are one of the major attractions. You can also enjoy freshly picked fruits like juicy bananas, papayas, and guavas grown at the facility (limited quantities, separate charge). *Tickets for persons with disabilities are not sold online.
