How to Apply
Advance reservations here (until the day before use)

Same-day reservations at the local counter.
Notes
You will need identification (driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, etc.) to use the service.
Children up to junior high school age can only rent with a guardian.
Please refrain from riding in sandals or skirts.
Wearing a helmet is strictly enforced.
Rentals will be refused to individuals who have consumed alcohol.
Recommended height is 150cm or taller (no children’s bicycles available)
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without contact, your reservation will be canceled.
We refuse service to customers with children who cannot ride a bicycle independently.
Operations may be suspended in case of severe weather.
